Guided Reading Recording
I'm so excited to be making my first post on Classroom Freebies Too! I've spent so many hours going through Classroom Freebies that I'm so excited there's a second blog and I get to be a part of it! I'm just getting my blog up and going, but I wanted to share this helpful form with everyone. The teachers in my building store lesson plans for each book on index cards in a separate file and were looking for something that they could use to still record necessary information without doubling their time. This Guided Reading form is designed to record observations for each student and can be stored in a binder with groups stored together. I hope it's as helpful for you as it was for us! Click the image to head over to my blog.
