Read & Write Spelling Test

In first grade, it is as important for kids to read sight words and word family words as it is for them to write them.  So my spelling test has two sections.  In section one, students write their word.  In section two, they pick their word out from a list of other words.  This does mean that I have to print a revised sheet each week, but I’ve created this easy template to make it work.  Grab a copy from Google Docs if you are interested in using this template, fully editable.
