Here is a "freebie" I posted on my blog that would be a great activity to use on "Pi Day." The activity is called "Dragons, and Medicine and Pi, Oh My!" I made it with the intention that teachers would read their students Sir Cumference and the Dragon of Pi. It is an amazing activity that allows students to discover why Pi is, what my students call, "three, plus a little bit more." I hope your students enjoy it as much as mine always do!
