Some of my students have an endless supply of ideas for their own short story and can easily craft an engaging and interesting short story. Others... not so much! Here's a set of two graphic organizers to help students plan out the elements of a short story.
The first organizer can be used individually or as a class to come up with a protagonist, antagonist, setting and a conflict. The second organizer helps the students add details and personality to the characters, setting and conflict.
Thanks,
Addie
