It's amazing how incorporating a popular character on some worksheets will have students WANTING to review concepts and do lessons.
Angry Birds seem to be "the" latest hot characters.
To help motivate students, I drew some on a variety of skill sheets that cover basic report card standards, and included some games and activities.
Even writing with a pencil topped with an Angry Bird seems to make writing more fun, or an incentive to complete regular work so they can make one at a center.
