Writing Paper for a "Quick Write"

How often do you find yourself wanting just a quick little writing activity?  We have a field trip tomorrow and I just wanted a cute little quick-write about what my students will learn.  So, I created this sheet.  {Graphic at the top is from The 3AM Teacher}.
