All About Me Student Survey

Getting to know who your students are in the beginning of the year is important!  One way I accomplish this is by giving them an "All About Me" survey.  It gives me some insight into who they are and what they like.  Which helps me throughout the year relate to my students and in some ways flex my teaching to fit their needs and wants.
