Teachers use clip art to spice up their own lessons or to enhance their products sold at www.TeachersPayTeachers.com. Keeping track of all of the clip art companies’ Terms of Use is difficult. I decided to write to the clip art companies used by many of the teacher-sellers at Teachers Pay Teachers and asked them to respond to my 14 questions in plain simple English. My free TpT product, “Clip Art Comparisons and Teachers Pay Teachers,” has the responses of 26 clip art companies.

How much does it cost to use your graphics?
We sell packages of graphics separately. Our graphics are generally $0.40 per image or cheaper. Custom designed images are $0.50 per image if we retain resale rights or $5.00 per image if you retain resale rights.
Will teachers need to purchase any other license to use your product?
No, once they purchase the clipart, they have the right to use them as long as they follow our Terms of Use. Here is a link to our Terms of Use.
Do you provide free graphics?
Will teachers need to use your graphics only in PDF form or will the buyers of the products be able to edit the pages that have your graphics on them?
Graphics can be used on any type of file (including Power Point and Smart Notebook ) as long as credit is given in the work to “Graphics by Raki’s Rad Resources Clipart”.
Will teachers need to write your company’s name or give you credit somewhere in the product? If so, do you have an example of the exact wording you would like teachers to use?
Yes, credit must be given with the wording: “Graphics by Raki’s Rad Resources Clipart”.
Do you have any other comments?
We also create custom clip art, so if there’s any image you are looking for that we don’t currently have, you can have that imagine in a week’s time by completing this order form. Clip art images are $0.50 per image if we retain resale rights or $5.00 per image if you would like to retain resale rights.
