Frustrated with teaching linear measurement? As a special education teacher, I
understand! I have created a simple,
basic, easy to read, one-page study guide to help students who are struggling. The study guide includes a ruler with only
quarter and whole inch lines marked, labeled, and color-coded. It includes basic vocabulary and a simple
measurement conversion chart. I printed
these on cardstock, cut on the thick black line of the ruler, and provided them
to my students when working on measurement.
They were a great success in my room and I'm sure you will find them a
great resource for students just beginning to learn about linear measurement
