Contact Log Freebie
Do you have to turn in all your parent contacts at the end of the year? It's required at my school, and over the years I've tried to keep them organized in different ways. This year my contact log form is working great. I keep it right by my phone, and after filling it out I drop it into a big manila envelope that I will turn in next June.
