Poinsettias for Christmas
Here is a super simple paper craft activity I love to do with my kids at Christmas. It only takes a few minutes and is easy enough for young students to make. Because it has a story behind it and gives insight into a different culture, it is great for older students as well.

I am very lucky because I really enjoy my job. In my time as a teacher, I have taught across all age groups in the primary school and at many different schools. I hope that through my blog I can contribute to the on-line community of teachers who work very hard to inspire the next generation. This year I am teaching Year 2 (mostly seven-year-olds).
