This is one of my favorite activities to do with my students! This time of year, there are always those kiddos that finish their work early and need something to do to fill their time productively OR you want to just throw in something fun for your students to do after a testing day..... This is written for kindergarten, but it can easily be adapted up or down to suit the needs of your students! Students follow the step by step directions for creating a dog and then write about it! It's that simple! By the way, I do not include patterns in most of my packets. I like to give my students some freedom to create and I like the looks of the differences in their finished products!
