What better time of year to pull this reflection piece out than November?
I love to use this as an activity for early finishers during our Writer's Workshop, or as a weekly thoughtful homework piece. I've used it as Friday homework before, and my kids and parents loved it! They talked about how they loved doing it together and it reminded them to stop and reflect on what they had, even when times were a little tough,
