Literature Link - Giraffes Can't Dance Freebie

Need to put a little fun in your read alouds?  Giraffes Can't Dance by Giles Andreae is a super cute book about overcoming a fear.  We were reading books about dancing.  We also read Rap a Tap Tap by Diane Dillon.  This book features Mr. Bojangles.  Youtube has some great movie clips with him and Shirley Temple dancing!  Great history!
We did a compare and contrast with Song and Dance Man on a T chart!
