Fall is in the air and I am starting to embrace it. Usually I resist as long as it is still warm. But it is October so it is time to accept it and enjoy it!!! I created a matching game with fall shapes and then a Halloween version.
I used mine in a fall sensory bin as a match game but you could use yours in a variety of ways.
-Put math facts on the back - if both equations have the same answer, they are a match, flip over to use the pictures as a self check
-Put students in partners or small groups by drawing a card from the stack and finding the match
-Play memory or go fish
-Use as story starters - write about the object on your card OR write from the point of view of the object on the card
