Learning from Museum Artifacts

 
Do you have a trip to a museum planned?  Or are you having a trunk from a local museum in your classroom?  I created this form to help students focus on what they see and then make inferences about the culture and use of that artifact.
 
Last year my students participated in both museum visits and in class activities.  Having a consistent organizer allowed all of us to focus on the artifacts instead of deciphering new directions each time.
