Although my fourth graders are supposed to begin the year knowing their multiplication facts, they don't. It is not the third grade teachers fault. I know I will need to have them practice.
Last year, I created a two page activity that I run back to back. I sent this home as homework the first week of school. Students focus on a particular set of facts they want to memorize, look it over. When they think they are ready, they hand it to a partner and say, "Quiz Me."
