Introducing Probability: Likely, Unlikely & Impossible

Some of the beginning lessons I teach on probability aren't mathematical.  I introduce the words Likely, Unlikely and Impossible and use common events.  The students then respond how likely the events might be.

The free Likely, Unlikely, or Impossible printable (available here) is a tri-fold.  Students hold up the side that predicts the likelihood of each event.  I also have some suggestions for likely events, unlikely events, and impossible events in the post.
