Collecting Evidence of Character Traits

Here is a simple one page freebie that can be used with any book.  Students record the words and actions of a character to show evidence of a character trait. 

This graphic organizer can also lend itself to a writing assignment where students show how a character responds in a situation instead of just telling the emotion that character is experiencing.
