This freebie contains three versions of each of the “before,” “during,” and “after” habitat “What I Know” templates.
The first template is blank and can be used by students to draw diagrams and pictures of what they know about habitats, the second template has primary lines for students to write about habitats, and the third template contains regular lines for those students who do not need the support of the primary lines.
