Back to School Math Assignment: Birthday Graph

 The first math lesson I do with my students is the birthday graph.  Students go around to their classmates and collect information about the birthdays in the room and then fill out the forms below.

 I fill out a form with the students and post it near the calendar, so I can keep track of birthdays during the year.  I celebrate summer birthdays on their half birthday, so they get a special day.
