Are you doing an apple lesson this fall?
Here's a cute apple freebie for you to go with it. It can even help you take data.
Apple Dot Marker Freebie |
Sometimes Simple Activities are the Best.
This versatile free apple download comes in color and BW. The color versions are great for laminating-use for dry-erase, play dough or bingo chips. I use the B&W for dot markers or we just have fun coloring.
I love to have my kids tweeze red, yellow and green pom-poms to fill the apples. Who doesn't love those fuzzy pom-poms? Great fine motor, and an opportunity for talking about colors and counting.
Small-Group Data-Taking Tool
There is a 10-apple and a 20-apple version for you, designed to help with data-taking in small group instruction. Give one color for correct, one color for "fix-it"! You'll be able to see at a glance how many questions the student got correct.
Head over to my post at Speech Sprouts, read about a fun apple-stamping art project you may want to try, and download this apple activity.
I hope you enjoy it. If you download, I would love to hear how you have used this in your classroom or therapy room. Happy Fall!
