Let's Create Your Family Tree (Genogram)



A fun lesson to introduce students to Family Trees (Genograms). This assignment is assigned over about a three week time period -- after the initial lesson the work is done as homework and the time period allows students to research the family information. Everything we learn is initially through our families. Whether we learn good or bad things, we will need to internalize those lessons into our lives. I like to take this visual lesson about families and tie it back to the Student's Future Me Worksheet. This allows students to see family dynamics and tie those to their personal Goals for their future.  (Click on the button below to get this free lesson plan)
