In this activity students use three safe search engines, Kiddle.co, Kidrex.org and Google.com (with SafeSearch). SafeSearch can help you block inappropriate or explicit image from search results. The filter isn’t 100% accurate, but it helps to avoid most adult content. Students will look up different keywords on each site and explore 2 websites in the search results. They will share what they found/learned with the class. Students learn about and how to use safe search websites.
