Ahh memorizing the states and their capitals. I remember it well. I remember struggling all year in third grade to master them but it is one of the things I still remember and can rattle off as an adult. I decided to make memorizing and practicing a little more fun for the girls I tutor by creating task cards that have QR codes to check the answers.
