Trapped in a Snow Globe

I love reading picture books with my 5th graders. The Snow Globe Family by Jane O'Connor is a winter favorite. After reading the story, we write our own version of what it would be like to be trapped in a snow globe. I take pictures of my students and we create a cool display with plastic bowls and fake snow. You know the ones I am talking about. The ones that are all over Pinterest. If you are not familiar with them you can check it out here. Below is a template I created for this project.
