ACK Family Puzzle Freebie

ackpuzzle1My students recently had the ACK family words for their spelling pattern of the week.  As a reinforcement to this spelling pattern, I use this self correcting puzzle.  Students match words to pictures, and since each picture only matches to the right word, they know automatically if they are correct or not.  These have helped tremendously with the fluency of my 1st graders, and are especially helpful for my English Language Learners who might not know what a shack was if they didn’t have that picture.  Grab a free copy of this puzzle for your students at my TPT store.
