Yes, we are still counting on our fingers! This cute and quick number line is perfect for helping your students think about counting by ones, fives and tens. Use ink pads or tempera paint to make the handprints. Make sure that you have both a right and a left hand for each group of ten. I like to have a parent helper come in and paint the hands one student at a time and then the next day we start counting and writing the numbers on the number line.
