Happy New Year! Many of us celebrate the New Year by setting
New Year’s resolutions. Throughout the years most of my New Year’s resolutions
have involved some combination of diet or exercise. All too often, I ended up
breaking my resolution before spring break. This year, I have decided to keep a
food and activity journal. Because keeping a food journal is a healthy habit
for anyone, I decided it would be fun to make a Food and Activity Journal
