I Have, Who Has?

My I Have, Who Has? game is very adaptable. You can use it with the entire class or put it in a center. It focuses on 5.NBT.1 (place value understanding). There is no "start" card. The game is created so that no matter what card you begin with it will loop back around and the last card will connect to the first. Enjoy!
